Yes, SingaKids is free. Every paper can be viewed and downloaded without payment, and there is no sign-up and no account. You do not need to give an email address to download a paper.
Primary 1 to Primary 6 and Secondary 1 to Secondary 5. Primary subjects are Maths, English, Chinese, Higher Chinese, Science and Tamil. Secondary subjects include E-Maths, A-Maths, English, Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Social Studies and Principles of Accounts.
